🚚 Pure‑Lix Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day 

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • We offer two main shipping options:

    1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–5 business days domestically.

    2. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch 

  • Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2 PM local time.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off, weekends, or holidays are processed next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination 

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over [insert threshold].

4. International Shipping

  • We ship globally. International delivery times vary by region:

    • Rest of world: Typically 7–14 business days, though customs/duties may delay delivery 

  • Additional duties, taxes, and tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Domestic: USPS, FedEx, UPS (adjust based on your operations).

  • International: DHL, FedEx International, local postal partners.

7. Signature Requirement

8. Holidays & Business Hours

10. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery exceeds estimated timeframes, wait an additional 3 business days before contacting us 

  • For lost, stolen, or damaged orders, contact support with your order/tracking number. We will work to resolve your issue promptly.

11. Returns & Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a parcel is returned due to refusal/undeliverable address, shipping costs, return fees, and any duties incurred will be deducted from your refund or billed for reshipment.
